Phil is the National Director of Vineyard USA and is a committed leader and communicator, bringing more than 35 years of experience in the ministry as a missionary, Senior Pastor, leadership coach and Regional Leader. He’s also the author of two books, THRIVE: How to Successfully Navigate the S-Turns of Leadership and God’s Relentless Pursuit: Discovering His Heart for Humanity. If you’ve already met him, you know that Phil brings a non-hyped, down to earth, passionately authentic spirit to expressing the heart of God.
